Linksys 4200 vs Airport Extreme

Hi currently i have Linksys 4200  Router , and have allmost all Apple based products like laptops iphones , Imac , Apple Tv etc .
Heard about new Apple  Airport Extreme Router , will it be compatable of what i am using in My linksys Router in comparison to port forwarding etc .

Airport Extreme is compatable with what you are now using.
Using the AirPort Utility it is very easy to set port forwarding, etc.

hope it will work fine with all  engenious and Linksys access points and CCTV cameras too .

what  will be the difference if I go with airport extreme  router if I compare with existing Linksys 4200
will it be wifi signals ?
