Hello All Gurus,

I am so not good when it comes to managing personal time. I always end up over budget on the time I assigned myself to do a set of activities through the week. I like the idea of cashflow budgeting - where you know your finances exactly you are ahead of time.

Can any of you please help me with good excel file links, templates ,free software that helps to monitor my personal hours and how I am managing it on a day to day basis -

My goal  - always stick to and do a set of activities as per allotted time on a day to day basis - that way i am always hitting those activities and my life is not ruled with procrastination at each steps

I keep my personal hours in my Outlook Calendar. I allot time for each client / task and keep the overall scheme by day (hourly allotments) in my Calendar. This syncs to my iPhone and keeps me on top of things.

I have learned from experience how much time detail tasks take and rarely screw up on my daily appointments and tasks.

Procrastination is a human trait that cannot be solved with a calendar. You probably should work on that separately.

Thank you both :)
I think John - you are correct - the change needs to come from inside first
