Send email from Microsoft Excel worksheet

Dear Experts,

We have an excel file with staff salary pay slips. Could you please suggest the easiest way to email all the pay slips to the concerned staff at once?

We use google apps for email.
If required, we can setup outlook as well.

We are using Office 2003 but can change to 2007 if that helps.

The easiest way is using CDO.

If you want step by step guidance please upload a sample of your workbook (using fictitious data of course) .
