Border to front

Im messing around with some CSS code, and Im having trouble setting the border to the front.

What Ive got is:-

And the problem is the yellow background of the title spills over the border of the parent.

What Im trying to do is stop the spill over, to:-

Anyone know how to stop the 'spillage'???

Add the border radius to whatever is that yellow part.
