surface pro windows 8.1 - pinch and zoom remote desktop

is there a program out there that will use rdp to allow pinch and zoom on the surface pro?
is there a way to hack the registry to enable it?
I need to have the ability to pinch and zoom. thanks

The RDP Client 8 supports smart sizing, but not pinch and zoom. No hack.
