ms outlook taking lon time to open

Hi Folks,
my oulook was working find on both mine pc and lp for years.
about 2 months ago i noticed machines are taking a long time to load outllook.

could someone else be logged onto my account from another location?

if not what do you think can cause outlook to start responding slowly?

What is your mailbox/PST size? large PST/OST files can really slow down Outlook loading time

Well Kida, This is my person email account from optonline...
I do have abot 10000 email but it all happened at once...
Just 2 months ago..
Bam ! 4 times longer for it to load.. on both personal LP and PC...!
help!
