VM one Button creation

Hi Folks,
My boss mentioned that were s/w to create VM's automatically.
I may lose my job over this unless I can do some other tasks..
What software do you know that can do this kind of "Instant on button" VM's.

Well, there's a few options for this, it all depends on your environment and the end-goal or in other words, what is it exactly that you want to achieve.

If you have vCenter for your vMware environment, templates is an option.

Outside of VMware there's either puppet or vagrant (there's more options, like chef for example)
