Difference between 2003 and 2012 Active Directory and NEW Tools

HI,
Have been looking for a document showing the difference between 2003 AD and 2012 AD and NEW tools used to manage the new environment .
I do not need to migrate just need to see the differences and tools available to manage and configure.
