SQL Server Disk Space Cleared it's Self

GM,

Today i got an alert that a sql server was low on disk spacce on D: drv...
When I went to look at it I found 50 Gig of Free Space...

When I asked how that could be I was told it may have been logs and that the server cleared it's self..!

Does that really happed and if so How   ...?

It's possible if someone manually flushed the logs or they expired.

See the man page for server log maintenance.

I think I found the issue... SCOM stop working a day ago so some probally clear the file manually cause of slow performance complaints...
