ipad won't open websites or app store

I have been trying to use an iPad the last couple weeks, but I have not been able to open up the App store or Safari.  It is showing full strength or almost full strength when it comes to being connected to our Wifi.

Is it a wifi-only iPad?  If not, have you tested with cellular data?

Do you get any errors or pop up messages?

Have you tested the iPad on other networks successfully?

Did you set this device up yourself?  Have you reset the network settings using Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings?

iPad works fine when connected to other wifi in the building. all 3 available iPads are affected the same way. Likely problem with the wifi access point. Thanks!

Ok... something you can check is whether the iPad's are pulling DHCP addresses properly when connected to the access point you think you're having trouble with.  You can do that by connecting to the network then clicking on the blue (i) on the right side of the connected network in Wi-Fi settings.  

It may be something as simple as that...
