Vcenter 5.1 HA/DRS Restart Priority

In a vCenter cluster with HA/DRS enabled in what order are VM's restarted is all VM's have the same restart priority level?

No you have four options to set restart priority in a HA cluster.
High, Medium, Low and Disabled. You will find these options under Virtual Machine options under HA settings.
You can define the startup priority depending on the type of VM and they will startup/restart in that order.

Thanks for the response. I should have clarified my question. I know when you setup a HA/DRS cluster you can set the default VM restart priorty but my question in what order are the VM's restart in if all the VM's in a cluster fail to another host but are not using any VM overrides and all have the same cluster default restart settings inplace?

Then there wont be any order. They will restart at random order.
Even if you set a priority they will not perfectly start in order as it depends on the power cycle and OS loading time. On some machine this may happen faster compared to others.
