cisco 4500x VPC and ESXI

I want to set up 2 10GB ports on a Dell 820 to use LACP , one on each physical switch

how can I do this ? can I set one of the 10GB to one switch and  one  on the 10GB to a different physical switch and connect them with VPC

No. vPC is not available on Catalyst switches.

Although VSS may be a possibility.
