Google Docs, embedding in Website

Say, kindly provide steps to embed a Google Docs spread sheet in a Webpage such that when the user clicks on the webpage, the Google docs will be displayed across the Webpage and the user can therefore update the fields, in this case, a XLS (spread sheet). I am using the Joomla interface but I presume it is a pretty standardised set of instructions.
Thank you

You have to make sure your document is in Google Doc format not just uploaded to the Google drive.
