I have used LCracker 5 with goods results. But you can do may things before use it:<br />
<br />
Enforce your passwords requirements, at least 8 characters<br />
Force password changes every 30 days<br />
Remember at least 3 last passwords<br />
Ensure passwords are strong<br />
Change your service accounts passwords every time (SQL, IIS...)<br />
