Enterprise Random Password Manager (ERPM)

we need a tool which checks not only the passwords and the history,but also discovers admin accounts and services which are "hidden" within a system or an instance: SQL,IIS,ASP,etc.

i found this one,maybe some one has a better solution?

I have used LCracker 5 with goods results. But you can do may things before use it:

Enforce your passwords requirements, at least 8 characters
Force password changes every 30 days
Remember at least 3 last passwords
Ensure passwords are strong
Change your service accounts passwords every time (SQL, IIS...)

well,thats not what im looking for:
as mentioned, i need a tool that filters,discovers, tracks, secures and audits privileged accounts throughout any cross-platform enterprise.
