VB.net Get Tables from a Select Statement or DataTable

Hi

I have an app where I need to get the SQL Table names from any SQL Select statement or Datatable. I have the connection string for the database. Is this possible?

You mean that once you are connected to a server, you want to retrieve the name of available tables? Try

SELECT * FROM sys.tables
