How do you configure CAS MFCR2 signalling on a TE133(E1) that actually works?

If tried just about every manual I can find.

Which tells me to setup like this: /etc/dahdi/system.conf
span=1,1,0,cas,hdb3
cas=1-15:1101
#dchan=16
cas=17-31:1101
echocanceller=mg2,1-15,17-31

# Global data

loadzone        = mx
defaultzone     = mx

Open in new window

/etc/asterisk/dahdi-channels.conf
; Span 1: WCT13x/0 "Wildcard TE133 Card 0" (MASTER)
group=0,11
context=from-pstn
switchtype = euroisdn
signalling = pri_cpe
channel => 1-15,17-31
context = default
group = 63

Open in new window

However when I call my line I get a busy signal.

Please advise.

My issues are similiar to this thread: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Networking/Telecommunications/IP_Telephony/Q_26612183.html

However, I can't seem to make it work even following the changes to this thread.

#termtype:te
cas=1-15:1101
cas=17-31:1101
echocanceller=mg2,1-15,17-31

# Global data
loadzone = mx
defaultzone = mx
