Hi All,

I have a DC (Server 2008R2) where I want to backup the system state. This to have a copy of the AD, so a AD restore is possible.

When I configure the backup everything runs fine, but when executing this following error occurs:
The backup operation that started at '¿2014¿-¿03¿-¿11T13:10:37.435035700Z' has failed with following error code '2155348010' (One of the backup files could not be created.). Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved.

On technet I found an article that this can be resolved by installing a hotfix, so the hotfix is implemented and the server is rebooted but without result.

Is there an other solution?
Or is there another way to backup the AD so a grannual restore is possible?
