Microsoft Office Documents really slow opening and saving on our network

All of the sudden its taking 20-30 seconds to open and close MS Office documents on our network.  PDF's are blazing fast when opening or saving.  This just started.

Anyone ever seen this before?  Have any answers?

Do you have OFV - Office File validation - turned on?  Also, have you changed Office Versions, server OS, or Windows desktop versions?

Hi,

ust go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and search for "Microsoft Office File Validation Add-In". Select it and remove it.

Do this on one and see...
