Are there any QUICK ways to create a Visio floorplan based on a PDF image?

You mean with real wall shapes, etc?

You can always just take a screen capture of it, import into Visio, get it scaled correctly, then put it on a locked layer or background page. Then you can drop furniture or equipment on it just fine!
