When I click on the connector button or the line button (See graphic).  I would like to have a particular width for the lines I create.  How can I set a default width?  Can I also set a default color?

Drop one of each type of line you'd like to customize onto the drawing page. Then open the Document Stencil and make the changes you want there.

Once you've customized your lines, you can either drag-and-drop from the doc stencil, or you can copy the modified masters from the doc stencil into your own custom stencil if you'd like.
