Delphi XE & Oracle: Error:ORA-24374: define not done before fetch or execute and fetch

I am using the dbGo components.  Everything has been working perfectly fine for the last 6 months (when we got Oracle10).

I'm building another program and am getting the above error.

How would I able to resolve it.

Here is an Oracle site and the question was ask about the same error as yours.

Look at the very bottom and you see it had been solved with the suggestions and help on the comments by the two participants.
