The requested authentication failure occured while trying to retrieve the URL &lt;my ftp xyz.com&gt;<br />

The proxy server sent the following FTP command<br />
<br />
PASS XXX<br />
<br />
and then received the reply<br />

530 User can not log in.

    I have a client from the outside trying to get to our FTP site and saw the following error:

The requested authentication failure occured while trying to retrieve the URL <my ftp xyz.com>

The proxy server sent the following FTP command

PASS XXX

and then received the reply

530 User can not log in.
