Adjusting marker on embedded Google map

A webmaster has designed a page for me, with an embedded Google Map.  The marker is slightly out of place, and I'd prefer to adjust it.  www.mauivacationrental.com/location.htm

There is an existing Google Map for our location, whose marker is exact:
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Maui+Tradewinds/@20.915927,-156.282931,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x7eab350296215b03:0xef284bc45ffaaf1e

So I'm not sure why the marker in the embedded version doesn't correspond to this.  In any case, I'd appreciate guidance on adjusting the marker.  I've read some tutorials, but I'm unable to follow the instructions.  Those instructions specify that an "Edit" link will appear in the marker balloon, but it does not appear.

Just increase the z parameter in the iframe to 15 or 16

Thank you.  I increased it to 16, but that didn't move the marker.
I found out how to do this by linking code from the accurate map to my web page.  I just didn't recognize the icon for "link" until now.

Change your iframe to this

<iframe width="425" height="350" src="https://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&amp;source=s_q&amp;hl=en&amp;geocode=&amp;q=Maui+Tradewinds&cid=0xef284bc45ffaaf1e&amp;aq=&amp;sll=20.798363,-156.331925&amp;sspn=0.720205,1.299133&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;hq=&amp;hnear=4320+Une+Pl,+Haiku,+Hawaii+96708&amp;sll=20.915927,-156.282931&amp;spn=0.0076968,0.0109864&amp;t=m&amp;z=16&amp;output=embed"></iframe>

OK, the marker is perfect.  May I ask for a couple of refinements?  Where would I insert the Z index?   Can I have the info window appear only when the marker is clicked, instead of by default?

Add to the end of the iframe url
&amp;iwloc=near

The z index? Do you mean the zoom?
Its already in the url.

That worked!
I'd like to increase points a little, due to expanding the scope of the question.  I don't see any "increase points" box on this page (using IE 11).

It's currently broken and should be fixed tomorrow.
I can increase if you want, just tell me how much.

If you don't mind, make it 300 points.  And get some sleep now.
