Server 2012 (and R2) Deploying RemoteApps
I am working with some clients to deploy some Server 2012 (and R2) RemoteApps. I have a lot of experience with 2008r2 Remote App but little with 2012. Am I seeing correctly that they took away the ability to build a RemoteApp into an MSI?
I find that surprising as that was the easiest way to deploy a RemoteApp and it showed up in the users's Start Menu so it was seemless to them.
If so, is deploying via RSS the only way now? With RSS, can you associate extensions with the RemoteApp? I am deploying MS Office right now and want to make sure I can associate the docx and xlsx extensions.
