how to change event one element to another using jquery?

Please unzip and open page1.html
You have find 'Tools' button in bottom center of the page.
By Clicking 'Tools' button, you have to see 4 more buttons.
By Clicking 'Stickers' button you have to see 'Draggable stickers box'.

By clicking one  of sticker image in stickers box:

I need click/mousedown of sticker object to create duplicate of selected item and in the same time make draggable on to the page.

But currently, click/mousedown of sticker object created duplicate item. It is not draggable in same time. Please advice how to do this.

I have attached necessary files for your reference.

I am able to drag items fine.

If I click on an item in the box it makes a copy which I am able to drag.

Yes, it works. But I need cloned item draggable in same time.
Currently by clicking the sticker item, it clones new item, then we need to select cloned item and then drag. But I need cloned item draggable in same time.

Do you mean dragging out of the box so you click and drag item out of box rather than click  mouse up click and drag?

I have achieved closely. Please refer custom2.js lines(111 to 287) for first object only.
But I need simplify this. Because some of the pages has more than 90 sticker items.
I have attached updated files for your reference. Please advice how to simplify this.
