Copy/Paste not working between MAC and the virtual machine

I have MacBook Pro, I installed vmware fusion in it and installed windows and linux machines in vmware fusion.

However I cannot copy and paste between Mac and virtual machines or vice-versa.

Any help will be ver much appreciated.

Can you confirm the vmware tools are installed in your vmhosts ?

Vmware Tools get installed successfully on Windows computers, but on ubuntu linux, they get stuck on Cancel Vmware Tools installation

Is cut and paste working on Window machines now?

Are you installing the tools as a super user ? If the install does not succeed then you will not have the cut and paste feature.
