Outlook will not start
Everything was fine with one of our workstations and then all of sudden Outlook wouldn’t open. Error message is: “Cannot start Microsoft Outlook”. Word and Excel work fine. The last thing I did was install WordPerfect and the newest version of Adobe Acrobat. I’ve tried uninstalling all of the Office programs and reinstalling. I deleted the ost file and tried to start Outlook again. Same error message. Tried to set up a new mail profile…I get an error message that I don’t have enough memory/space to set up a new profile. Tried a fix I found on the internet…same error message. I am using Outlook 2010
I would uninstall word perfect. Make sure offce is uninstalled and then reinstall office.
Try starting outlook in safe mode:
Start, run outlook /safe. Does it open? If so check the add-ins in Outlook and try disabling any newly added ones or enable one by one.
