On a Avaya IP office system is it possible to add a 0 for the operator for the user's voicemail? I have it set up so you can press 0 at any time on the menu to be direct to the operator...but management asked for us to give a option for the users to say press 0 if you don't want a voicemail and be directed back to the operator.

Perfect! That led me to a screen on the voicemail setting for the users labeled as "DTMF Breakout" Then setting the operator's huntgroup number under the subfield called "Reception/Breakout"
