I have an IPhone 5 along with several others that access our exchange mail through it. I was informed today that the IPhone will only retrieve up to 30 days back. I spoke with some of our IT folks and they are attempting to figure out why and if there is a configuration setting that needs to be set in order to access all emails including those that exceed 30 days. I thought I would pose this question to the experts and see if you have an answer.

Thanks,
Brian

From the Home screen tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Select your Microsoft Exchange account and then tap Mail days to sync and select the number of days (No Limit, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month)
If you have No limit option here then you should be OK.
