so i have

Caterham     57
McLaren      67
Toro Rosso  23
McLaren      23
Williams     24
Ferrari         56

so ideally I would love

Use

=LARGE($B$1:$B$6,1)
=LARGE($B$1:$B$6,2)
=LARGE($B$1:$B$6,3)

to get the largest scores, then this to return the team
=INDEX($A$1:$A$6,MATCH(LARGE($B$1:$B$6,1),$B$1:$B$6,0))
=INDEX($A$1:$A$6,MATCH(LARGE($B$1:$B$6,2),$B$1:$B$6,0))
=INDEX($A$1:$A$6,MATCH(LARGE($B$1:$B$6,3),$B$1:$B$6,0))
