Configure SQL Reporting Services 2012

I have SQL Server 2012 installed on my laptop, and I would like to start developing reports in SSRS.  I went through the SSRS configuration, but I don't have the development studio.  I thought that this was done in visual studio, so I installed that, but I am need of some guidance on how to download, configure and connect development studio to my instance of sql server.

You need to download and install this first

Once you install this you should be able to develop and publish your reports to the one configured during your SQL 2012 installation.

I downloaded and attempted to install, but the install failed due to mixed architecture.

The CPU architecture of installing feature(s) is different than the instance specified. To continue, add features to this instance with the same architecture.

Any suggestions?

The process really is to install it as a new feature (which is the default setting to begin with).  As new instance when you are installing above (SQL Server 2012 BI Tools for VS 2012)

I found my original installation disk and was able to install it from there.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
