I have a vpn connection to my company's network at my home desktop. Several days ago, I downloaded a vpn software and tried to test it. It was working at that time. However, today when I tried to connect to my company network by using my old vpn connection, it doesn't work anymore. It gave me "Error 2250: There was an unknown error." I enabled the logging for this vpn and will attach to this post.

Please help me with this, thank you in advance.

I have windows 7 with firewall turned off.

Is there any way to trouble shoot it?

I am afraid I don't have this function enabled.
