recovery activesync pin password

I'd like to get some instruction how to unlock an android device if I forgot the activesync pin passcode.

I use exchange 2010 with latest SP the activesync policy is enabled. Pascode is required and the password recovery is enabled. I can see the recovery password in exchange, but I don't know how to use it. How can I use the recovery password? Where should I write that? My test mobile is a Samsung Galaxy SIII with 4.3 OS.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the password recovery in ActiveSync doesn't work with Android phones.

Thank You for reply.

We have various devices in our environment (BB, IOS, Win 7, Win 8 and Android) and I could see the recovery password only at Android OS.
I thought somehow possible to use it, but I couldn't see any option to set the recovery password on my Samsung Galaxy SIII.

Why Android sends the recovery password to exchange if it's not possible restore the forgotten password?
