Group Policy Errors Desktop Shortcut

having trouble creating a shortcut on the desktop.  I know i can use a login script but I rather it happen with GP refresh.  Below is a my error log

Sounds like the computer where the shortcut is installed to cannot access the source file to where this shortcut is point to. Where is the souce file stored? In SYSVOL the user should be able to retrieve it.

i selected file system

hmmm there is no source file, Im under the impression this would create it

arg this stinks

i just removed " /f /im firefox.exe" from target path and put in arguments and it appeared

last weird tid bit.  all settings for shortcuts are created under user config, I also have the computer configuration setings disabled.  if I dont put this GPO in a computer ou it doesnt run.
