you should be able to add under Web filtering profile

Create Filter Action
This is used to create the rule where we define whether sites are allowed or blocked
Select: Web Protection | Web Filtering Profiles | Filter Actions
Create a 'New Filter'
Select any groups you wish to block with this profile
Add the website you wish to excempt to the 'Always allow these URLs'
Example: Add *.facebook.* to  'Always allow these URLs'
Make sure the filter action is set to 'Allow by default'
Save the rule

Note - It is important that you explicitly define that the website is allowed, if it is uncategorised within the policy then the Global Policy will be applied and in turn block the website.

There is also another means for overall exception under 'Web Protection' | 'Web Filtering' | 'Exceptions'. You can use regex to for websites list regular expression

I actually used the 2nd option and twitter is unblocked but some of the links are still blocked.
Is there anyway to allow a user access to all sites just for the day or temporary password?
THanks

There is no option for a 'Time Period Definition' in Exceptions. This is done in a Profile. steps can include in sequence of

a. create a 'Filter Action' that duplicates the general settings, but also allows the desired traffic.
b. create a 'Filter Assignement' for this 'Filter Action' using your new 'Time Period Definition' (leave 'Users/Groups' empty unless you have some type of authentication enabled).
c. create a 'Profile' with your new 'Filter Assignment', selecting 'Fallback Action: Default filter assignment'.

There is an similar track on time based control in this forum if you are interested

Also for info, time based application filtering e.g. use facebook apps at lunch time but rest of day block it is not available in the release
