Error whilst trying to install windows internal database service pack 4 (KB2463332)

I am trying to install KB2463332 via windows update however it fails with error attached.

I restarted the server few times and retried without any luck.

Server is 2003 R2 Standard.

This is caused by a corrupt Dot.Net installation.  Look at KB article listed below:
