We need to clean up unused mailboxes but a number of users have set up a rule to redirect emails to an external mailbox.  The script we run checks for the last time the mailbox was accessed and then deletes mailboxes based on that.  Would a redirected message change the last accessed date/time on that mailbox?

If the rules is server based then it will not change the last access date,
