External call forwarding on Cisco UC320

Help appreciated.

I purchased a cisco UC320 as a one stop shop answer to our phone system.

I need to divert unanswered extensions to an external number - a mobile for instance.

Currently I can see no way to do this.

I have 2 analog external lines connected and no VOIP lines - thinking about maybe having these at a later date.

Any suggestions - I have tried all the obvious.

When I attempt this from the cfwd button on the phone then I try to enter my number all I get is invalid number.

320 is set up in "Key System" mode

Scrub previous - although this might help someone else.

Set up phone system in BLEND mode and then select 9 for the outside line.

Then when you set up cfwd dial 9 and then the number.

Works like a dream!
