Hello,

I have an Exchange 2010, 2 Domain Controllers, Behind a TMG Forefront. several XP and 7, mac and Ipad as clients,

My problem is that very often the Outllok 2007 ask for credentials, then we give it, but Outlook doesn't cacht it and ask again, We have to close Outlook and start again, and the yes it put online.

The mac and Ipad usually ask credentials.

I think the problem is in the Exchange or the relation between Exchange and the Domain.

Where or How can I review it?

Thanks

I would start by looking at the Exchange logs and DC logs to see where the disconnect is happening.  It sounds from the description that your domain controllers are not authenticating properly.  It could be an issue with Kerberos.  If you have logs that you can share that would be helpful too.
