VB6  application of exe of some form load not working in windows 7

Hi

I have vb6 application and it exe is  working in windows XP fine. Now we are going to change all windows XP PC as Windows 7 . I can  login and run application 95% of forms and report. But some form load are not coming  and  system is hanging this case and after that all menu are showing disable look.  Please let me know how to fix . What I want to add to resolve for it. Please let me guid step by step to sort of this issue.

Hi,

Try to run your EXE in Compatibility mode.

To configure the compatibility mode for an application, just locate right click on the .exe, selecting Properties from the menu.

Select the Compatibility tab and select options as shown blow.

If it still not fix then run "Troubleshoot Compatibility" , select it by right click on exe.
