Hello there,

Sound is blocked via Citrix Policy for Citrix XenApp 4.5 and Xendesktop 56 sessions to avoid bandwidth consumption.

Please advise what if XenApp 6.5 and XenDesktop 7.0 have made any advancement for where-in we can allow sound for users.

Thanks and Regards

You can enable the same in group policy\citrix and limit the bandwidth too, to configure same http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX121613
