How alter code if field is a text field

I have this code in an onclick event of a command button but RMA is a txt field.  How do I alter the code to make it work?

DoCmd.OpenReport "rptReturns", acViewPreview, , "[RMA]=" & Me.txtRMA, acWindowNormal
