I have a four-line text box on page one and I would like to have this same text box on page three.  Can I set up a link using page one's box as a source?  I don't want to have redundant text which I need to update multiple times in the future.

Hi BT,

Here's the rough procedure for linking the text:

1. Select shape
2. Insert > Field
3. Custom Formula
4. =ShapeText(Pages[Page-3]!Sheet.48!TheText)

Page-3 is the name of the page that contains the shape with the source text. "Sheet.48" is the name-id of the shape that has the text.

You need the Developer tab to get the Sheet ID for a shape. Click on "Shape Name" to get this info for a selected shape.

A bit obscure, but it's not hard, once you've done it two or three times.
