Javascript if - can it contain ands and ors?

Hi!

I'm writing some javascript code, and am wondering if I can do a certain thing in an if statement.

Basically, I want the if statement to run if A is true and B or C is true. Something like:
A and (B or C).

Is this possible? How can I do that?

Thanks!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You're looking for logical operations withing a conditional:

Basically,

if ( A && ( B || C ) ) {
   //do something
}
