We have sbs 2003 using exchange on it and starting a migration to an SBS 2011. Is there anything special i need to do other than run the migration wizard to transfer over the exchange mail boxes I still want to keep?

thanks.

Alternatively, have you looked at the Microsoft Documentation for migrating from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011?  Or purchased the SwingMigration kit?

Understand this is not a "few clicks and you're done" kind of migration.  If you haven't done it before, you should be seeking experienced help to assist (in more than a question here).  Or you should be setting up a test network to experiment and understand what goes on and what you must do.

And you should be aware that you have 3 weeks to perform the transfer.  NO MORE.
