IBM MDM MQ configuration

I'm using IBM Webshphere Application Server 8.5 and MDM version 11.  I have an existing MQ Server.  I want to use MQ for inbound and outbound transactions. How and where do I configure MQ in WAS 8.5 and MDM 11.
