Hi,

I have a user in a Citrix Xenapp environment and his IE keeps crashing and running very slowly. I reset IE, delete temp files but the results is the same.

Firefox seems to work OK without any issues.

The other users are not having this issue.

Any thoughts ?

-IE might be having unwanted/more addons installed.
-if you have any addons installed.remove and then give a try.

There was a disabled add-on for one of the installed application on the machine.

Enabling this add-on resolved the issue.

Thanks
