Exchnage 2010

Hi experts:

I have 2 servers  

1   DC with os 2008 Server
2   Exchange 2010 server

the server exchange is crashed and i have replaced them with a new one and i delete all entries of exchange on active directory and i have installed a new  exchnage server2010
but the problem is when i try to create a mail box for the old user he doesn't appear on exchange console .

Hi,

Go to EMC, click Recipient Configuration, in Actions pane click Modify Recipient Scope, select View all recipients in forest.

If still you are not able to receive mailboxes then open Exchange Management shell and type below command and check if here you can see those users:

Get-Mailbox

OR Try to run:

First:

Set-AdServerSettings -ViewEntireForest $true

Second:
Get-mailbox | where {$_.EmailAddresses  -like "smtp:mpetilla@jfkhealth.org"} | ft Name,samaccountname,alias
