Account Locked

We have one user ID get his account locked each minute on his laptop (Windows 7) . Our Policy is to lock accounts after 3 wrong attempts, but his account is locked after login to windows. We do unlock and the account will be locked in a minute or less.

it´s local account or domain account.
maybe some application/script etc is trying to connect/login under his credentials and has wrond/old password?

if you have more than one DC you can use Account Lockout and Management Tools to identify which DC is involved into that account locking. Then, if you have audit account logon security policy enabled, you can check in security log for some details

Check "Credential Manager" in Control Panel to see if the wrong credentials are stored for something like a network printer, Outlook, etc.  

This is a common source of lockouts, especially if they occur soon after a user has logged in.  

Also, check for any instances of the saved account password in the browsers (if there are any sites that use these credentials).

User has another device (I Pad)  where microsoft exchange  was configured and password not updated. Entered new password and prblem solved.
