yes I have already updated everything office and operating system, I was also wandering because I did not have any success doing that and remove and install again if there where some tool of any sort I could use to clean everything related to office of the computer and then try to install again ?

no just add remove program choose uninstall
when it is uninstalled reboot the machine
then re-install (make sure you have a genuine copy) sometimes pirated ones give you all sorts of unexpected behavior.

already done this and I am only working with activated software genuine copy from Microsoft so no pirate things, and I already did what you are suggesting, not working, looks to me like there are some things still left in operating system after uninstalling and rebooting so I am in same situation after that, any ideas ? it looks like there is a time for reinstall operation system

After you reinstall Office you should run windows update and there is a hell of a lot of updates that need to be installed as well when all the updates are installed and no more update and the system tells you your system did not find any update then try again.

One thing you want to look at maybe is the check your system for a Virus infection run a full system scan,
